First and foremost, we extend our sincerest gratitude for your continuous interest in and support of our company.
To this day, I vividly recall the sense of "astonishment" when I first stepped off the plane at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in November 2001. I felt the heat, the vibrancy, the atmosphere, coupled with a touch of apprehension from being in a new land. Looking back now, I believe I was swept up in Vietnam's immense wave of development at that time. Since then, I have been a permanent resident at our Offshore development base in Vietnam, personally witnessing the nation's remarkable growth and the evolution of Vietnam's offshore industry.
Then, in 2010, I channeled everything I had learned and achieved in Vietnam into establishing ALLEXCEED VIETNAM INC., a venture I had long prepared for. The name "ALLEXCEED" itself originates from our motto: "Delivering satisfaction that exceeds all client expectations". To uphold this name, I have continually contemplated "How to create excellent products" and "What is required to work efficiently".
The keys to successful Offshore development are to exert utmost effort in:Building strong, trust-based relationships founded on excellent communication with clients and within the company.Thoroughly preparing and executing processes with precision.
We will never forget these fundamental principles. When faced with uncertainty, we revisit these basics to remain steadfast, ready to confront new challenges in Offshore development and IT field support. Our aim is to transform the perception from "it can also be done in Vietnam" to "only in Vietnam can it be done" striving our utmost to deliver satisfaction that truly exceeds client expectations.
