• Jan 1, 2026 (Thu): Closed (New Year’s Day)
• From Jan 2, 2026 (Fri): Normal business resumes

Regarding Operations on Friday, January 2, 2026

On December 25, the Vietnamese government announced a plan to swap working days to extend the holiday period (making Jan 2 a holiday and Jan 10 a working day). However, please be advised that regarding this measure, we have decided not to change our schedule and will remain OPEN for business on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Please note that responses to emails and inquiries may be delayed on December 31 (Internal Event Day) and January 1 (Holiday). We will respond to your inquiries sequentially starting from Friday, January 2, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
