Ăng-Ten is a 3-day, 2-night, Japanese-only business inspection tour designed for executives and branch establishment managers of Japanese companies considering expanding into Vietnam.

Specialists from seven fields—legal, recruitment/HR, finance, development centers, B2B sales, offshore development, and real estate/F&B—will take the stage. They will discuss the essential points of launching and operating a business locally from their practical perspectives. In addition to session-style lectures, there will be opportunities to exchange ideas among participants and speakers. The tour is structured so you can take home a “map for conducting business in Vietnam” in just three days.

From our company, our Executive Officer, Steven, will speak on the theme of “The Realities of Building and Operating a Development Center (Team).” As someone who manages a 108-member development organization in Ho Chi Minh City on a daily basis, Steven will discuss the real challenges faced from the establishment phase through to the operational phase, and how to address them.
