General explanation of the organization
- In order to scale the organization of ALLEXCEED VIETNAM and ensure that leaders of each division hold clear responsibility for organizational management, the company has adopted a matrix organizational structure for certain departments (primarily those related to software development, which is the company's core business area).
- The departments operating under the matrix structure include the Headquarter Development Department (HDD), which handles projects from the parent company, and the Clientwork Development Department (CDD), which handles client projects. Other departments continue to operate under a traditional pyramid structure.
- The matrix organization model is a combination of Departments — vertical command structures, and Units — horizontal command structures.s

- Departments are structured as vertical command systems.
- The head of a department — referred to as the Department Head — interprets the company’s core philosophy and sets the direction for the department. The Head also establishes goals and provides guidance to department members.
- The Department Head is responsible for maximizing the department’s profitability.
- The Head is also accountable for reporting the department’s status and performance outcomes to senior management (EVP or VP).
- The Department Head conducts performance evaluations for Project Managers (PMs), who in turn evaluate Software Engineers (SEs). These evaluations are then compiled and passed on to the Unit Manager.
In cases where a member does not belong to any unit, the Department Head’s evaluation will be considered the final evaluation result.

- The Unit Manager must report on unit activities, member motivation, and skill levels to the responsible CXO (or to the designated Executive Board member if no CXO is assigned).
- The Unit Manager considers performance evaluations provided by the relevant Department Head or Project Manager (PM), adjusts them if necessary, and then determines the final evaluation outcome.
