Salary and Allowances

  • Full Social Insurance

    Employees are enrolled in social and health insurance based on their full salary. To ensure peace of mind, this coverage begins from the probationary period.

  • Twice-Yearly Bonuses

    We provide bonuses twice a year, based on each employee’s individual performance and contributions.

  • Annual Salary Review

    To fairly evaluate employee growth and performance, salaries are reviewed every July.

  • Transportation Allowance

    We cover commuting costs. This includes full reimbursement for bus or train fares, as well as gasoline and parking fees for those who commute by motorbike.

  • Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT) Allowance

    A monthly allowance is provided to employees who hold a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certification of N4 or higher.

    The amount varies by level:
    N4: 253,000 VND/month
    N3: 1,265,000 VND/month
    N2: 2,530,000 VND/month
    N1: 5,060,000 VND/month

  • Position-Based Allowance

    A monthly allowance is provided to employees in certain positions to reflect their responsibilities:

    ・Leader: 1,265,000 VND/month
    ・Project Manager Assistant: 3,795,000 VND/month
    ・Project Manager: 5,060,000 VND/month
    ・Manager: 10,120,000 VND/month

Work Style

  • Company-Provided PC and Dual Monitors

    We provide a laptop for work, and an additional monitor is available upon request to create an efficient dual-display setup.

  • Weekly Remote Work Day

    We support flexible work styles and help reduce commute times with a system that allows for one remote work day per week. Additionally, we permit several days of remote work before and after the Tet holiday and other national holidays.

  • Remote Work Allowance

    To support your home office environment, a remote work allowance is provided for each day you work from home.

  • Flextime System

    We have introduced a flextime system to accommodate diverse lifestyles and improve work efficiency.
    (Core hours are from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

  • Comprehensive Leave System

    In addition to standard paid annual leave, we offer special leave and compassionate leave. Special leave includes a birthday leave, which can be taken during your birth month, and family care leave. Maternity leave is also fully available.

  • Diverse Career Paths

  • Team Building Activities

    We regularly hold get-togethers and activities to strengthen company and team unity.

  • Annual Company Trip

    To deepen bonds between employees and provide a chance to refresh, we organize an annual company trip to a luxury resort. This offers a relaxing time away from work and aims to further enhance teamwork and communication.

  • Club Activity Support

    We support employee club activities to promote communication across departments. Currently, we have soccer and badminton clubs, with plans to add more in the future.

  • Onboarding Program at ALLEXCEED VIETNAM

    To help new employees smoothly adapt to our work environment and culture, we provide comprehensive training on internal regulations and work processes. You will also connect with leaders and colleagues through on-the-job training (OJT).

  • Skill Development for Engineers

    We offer engineering training programs based on a curriculum developed by our own expert engineers. These cover programming techniques, computational thinking, and verification skills.   • Japanese Language Education

    During working hours, we hold Japanese language seminars led by native Japanese and fluent Vietnamese instructors. These classes cater to all levels, from beginner to advanced. Participation is open to everyone, including IT Communicators and engineers who wish to learn Japanese.

    To ensure our employees can work in good health, the company covers the cost of an annual health check-up.
