  When providing personal information to third parties, we manage it strictly in accordance with our Personal Information Protection Management System. Each department handling personal information has an assigned manager responsible for ensuring appropriate management based on the actual conditions of operations.

  The types of personal information collected through our business activities and their purposes of use are as follows:

  Used to provide services/products, send notifications or invoices, inform about changes, and respond to inquiries.

  ・Recruitment Applicant Information
  Used to guide applicants and determine suitability for recruitment criteria. Depending on the recruitment process, we may request sensitive personal information such as medical examination certificates.

  ・Personal Information of Employees and Partner Company Staff
  Used for employment contracts, personnel and payroll management, business execution, health monitoring, and information security measures.

  ・Personal Information Entrusted by Clients
  Used to perform tasks entrusted by our clients.

  Please note that we may not be able to provide part or all of our services if you choose not to provide required personal information.

  We have established a dedicated department to handle complaints and inquiries regarding personal information, working to resolve matters lawfully and appropriately, and to ensure that personal data is always accurate and up to date.

• Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

  There may be cases in which we outsource the processing of personal information to external partners to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purpose of use. In such cases, we will select appropriate subcontractors based on our internal criteria. Except for special circumstances, we will conduct appropriate supervision by stipulating obligations in contracts to ensure the proper implementation of safety measures for the entrusted personal information.

• Procedures for Responding to Disclosure Requests

  For the personal information held by our company, we will respond within a reasonable period to requests from the information owner for "notification of the purpose of use", "disclosure", "correction of content", "addition or deletion", "suspension of use", and "deletion and suspension of provision to third parties."
  Please note that a prescribed fee will be charged for each request for "notification of the purpose of use" and "disclosure."
