What kind of systems do you develop?
We mainly develop business and customer management systems for CATV companies, power distribution management systems for electric power companies, and medical information systems for medical institutions.
We also develop management systems for the construction and retail industries, financial systems, e-commerce sites, and more.

What stages of development are software engineers responsible for?
Software engineers are primarily responsible for the programming and testing phases.
However, depending on the project, system requirements, and the engineer’s skill level, they may also be involved in upstream processes like basic and detailed design. A key feature of our development process is that we do not have dedicated testing positions; software engineers test the features they develop themselves.

What is the typical duration and scale of a project?
The development period for a project varies greatly depending on its complexity and scale.
A small-scale system might be completed in 2-3 months, while large-scale systems or those with advanced requirements could take over a year.
Is system development done individually or in teams?
Our development is fundamentally team-based.
Team structures are flexible and depend on the project scale, typically ranging from 3 to 20 members.
Do you provide specialized knowledge or materials for a client's system?
It varies by project, but there are opportunities to utilize materials and receive instruction from the client.
We also conduct our own research.
Can I be assigned to a project of my choice?
We aim to accommodate your preferences as much as possible by comprehensively evaluating your skills against project requirements.
However, please understand that assignments may not always align with your wishes due to project characteristics or overall team composition.
I don't speak any Japanese. Can I still succeed here?
Most of our clients are Japanese companies, and many of our management team members are Japanese.
Therefore, Japanese is widely used, from business documents to communication with clients and management.
However, our IT Communicators will provide interpretation support, so you don’t need to worry.
The company highly encourages acquiring Japanese skills to facilitate smoother work and communication, which positively impacts evaluations and salary.
We offer in-house Japanese classes to support our engineers’ language development, and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of them.
02Working environment
You have a remote work system. Can anyone work from home?
We have a remote work system available to all employees, allowing for one day of remote work per week.
However, this is generally not permitted during the probationary period.
We may also offer extra remote workdays before and after long holidays like the Lunar New Year (Tet) to ease travel and preparation burdens.
A “Remote Work Allowance” is provided for days worked from home, as per company policy.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code, but we ask that you wear attire appropriate for an office environment.
Can you tell me about the flextime system?
Our flextime system applies to all employees, including those on probation.
The following rules apply:
- You must start your workday between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
- You must notify the company in advance if you plan to arrive after 9:00 AM.
- You must be working during the core hours of 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Is there overtime?
Depending on the project, overtime may be necessary to handle issues or to ensure quality and meet deadlines. However, chronic overtime is not the norm, and we make adjustments as we go. If you feel that you are working too much overtime, you can discuss it with your supervisor for appropriate adjustments, ensuring a sustainable work environment. Any overtime worked is fully compensated.
Are there any transfers?
For employees who wish to work in Japan and have the required skills, there may be opportunities to work at our headquarters in Japan.
Other than that, there are no transfers.
Do you have company trips or team-building events?
We hold an annual company trip to various resorts within Vietnam.
We also regularly host other events, such as office parties and outdoor team-building activities.
Are there any sports clubs or activities?
We currently have active badminton and soccer clubs.
We encourage all employees to participate to promote health and provide a way to relax after work.
What is the atmosphere like at ALLEXCEED VIETNAM ?
The workplace is generally friendly and energetic, with many young employees.
At the same time, it’s an environment where everyone can focus intently on their work when needed, creating a good balance.
What is the atmosphere like during work hours?
While you might imagine a quiet office with everyone silently working at their computers, there is actually constant and active communication to ensure each member can complete their tasks in the best way possible.
We also hold frequent meetings to understand the status of work, identify and solve problems faced by team members, and share knowledge and skills.
03Education
Can you tell me more about the training for new employees?
New employees receive training on company rules and business processes, as well as on-the-job training (OJT).
During the training period, experienced employees are always available to provide support and help new members acclimate to the workplace quickly.
Do you have training programs to support employee career development?
We offer a comprehensive range of training programs to help every employee, regardless of position or role, improve their skills and advance their careers.
Is there a support system for obtaining professional certifications?
We do not currently have a direct support system for these certifications.
However, the company highly values the effort employees put into obtaining them, and such achievements are considered a factor for salary increases.
04About Career Paths
What kind of career paths are available for engineers?
Engineers begin by gaining experience and honing their skills in a technical role.
Based on their aptitude and personal preference, they can then choose to either continue advancing as a senior specialist in the technical track or transition to a Project Management (PM) role.
For those seeking further advancement, a path to a managerial position overseeing the organization is also possible.
What is the career path for an IT Communicator?
After gaining experience as an IT Communicator, you can advance to a Bridge System Engineer (Bridge SE) position. Becoming a Bridge SE requires not only Japanese communication skills but also a fundamental knowledge of system development.
The ability to understand the business operations and culture of our Japanese clients and accurately grasp their requirements is also crucial.
05Salary and benefits
Can you tell me about the probationary period?
The probationary period is two months. During this time, the salary is 85% of the official, post-probation salary.
You are enrolled in insurance programs even during the probation period.
What is your insurance policy?
We enroll employees in insurance based on their full salary, excluding variable allowances such as transportation or remote work stipends.
How are salary reviews conducted?
We review salaries once a year, comprehensively evaluating each employee’s skill improvement, contributions, effort, and performance.
What are the holidays?
We have Saturdays and Sundays off, as well as public holidays determined by the Vietnamese government (such as the Tet holiday).
Is parental leave available?
Yes, parental leave is available.
We have employees who have actually taken it.
Can you tell me about paid leave?
In the first year of employment, you earn one day of paid leave for each month of work.
From the second year onward, you receive 12 days of paid leave at the beginning of the year.
An additional day of paid leave is granted every five years of service.
In addition to standard paid leave, special leave is also granted for birthdays, marriages, and bereavements.
Is there a bonus (13th-month salary)?
We provide bonuses twice a year, in January and July.
The bonus amount is determined based on employee contribution, effort, and the company’s business performance.
Are there allowances for certifications?
An allowance is provided for holding a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certification as follows:
- N4: 253,000 VND/month
- N3: 1,265,000 VND/month
- N2: 2,530,000 VND/month
- N1: 5,060,000 VND/month
Is there overtime pay?
Yes, we pay for overtime in accordance with Vietnamese law.

How do I apply?

Are online tests or interviews available?
We do not currently offer online interviews.
Please come to our office for the interview.
What is the selection process?
The recruitment process is described on the job description pages.
All communication with applicants will be conducted via email.
In which language are the tests and interviews conducted? Vietnamese, English, or Japanese?
The interviews and tests are generally conducted in Vietnamese.
A Japanese executive will participate in the final interview, but an IT Communicator will provide interpretation, so speaking Japanese is not a problem.
Are any qualifications required? Are they a condition for hiring?
While specific certifications are not required, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Engineers must be university graduates with a major in Information Technology (IT).
- IT Communicators must be university graduates with a major in Japanese Language (or have Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1).
Do you have an internship program?
We offer an internship program for students from partner universities, such as the VNU University of Science and the University of Agriculture and Forestry in Ho Chi Minh City.
This program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting and acquire skills for their future careers.
Do you hold company information sessions?
We do not hold specific company information sessions.
