Job Description
- Provide solutions, develop software for end-user
- Develop software products based on customer requirements (offshore)
- Develop various types of software: Windows Application (Java/.NET), Web Application (Java/.NET/PHP), Smartphone Application (iOS/Android)

Skills
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- At least 3 years of experience in software system development
- Ability to understand business processes, system specifications, and analyze source code
- Be willing to learn and work with various programming languages depending on job requirements
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under high pressure
- Responsible and passionate about the job
- Ability to research and quickly grasp new technologies and techniques
- Have independent working skills / teamwork skills (able to report, discuss, and share issues proactively)
- Candidates with a desire for long-term commitment and sustainable career development are highly valued
Preferred Skills:
- Experienced in developing mobile applications
- Experienced in creating basic design and detailed design
- Experienced in developing business systems for the Japanese market
- Japanese communication skill (JLPT N4 or above)

Allowance
Position allowance:
- Leader: 1,315,000 VND/month
- Sub PM: 3,945,000 VND/month
- PM: 5,260,000 VND/month
- Manager: 10,520,000 VND/month
Petrol allowance: 1,000 VND/km
Japanese language certificate allowance:
- N4:263,000 VND/month
- N3: 1,315,000 VND/month
- N2: 2,630,000 VND/month
- N1: 5,260,000 VND/month
Commuting / Parking allowance
If commuting by public transportation, all transportation costs will be covered by company.
Parking fees will also be fully covered by company.
Work from home allowance: 20,000 VND/day
Overseas business trip allowance
Overtime allowance: As stipulated by the labor law

Working Days: Monday to Friday
