  • Job Description

    • Provide solutions, develop software for end-user
    • Develop software products based on customer requirements (offshore)
    • Develop various types of software: Windows Application (Java/.NET), Web Application (Java/.NET/PHP), Smartphone Application (iOS/Android)
  • Skills

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology(please include GPA in your CV)
    • Experienced in developing Web Applications (Java/.NET/PHP) and Desktop Applications(Java/.NET)
    • Ability to understand business processes, system specifications, and analyze source code
    • Strong awareness of product quality (writing programs that work as required, producing maintainable source code, etc.)
    • Be willing to learn and work with various programming languages depending on job requirements
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under high pressure
    • Responsible and passionate about the job
    • Ability to research and quickly grasp new technologies and techniques
    • Strong independent working skills and teamwork skills (able to proactively report, discuss, confirm, and share work-related issues)
    • Candidates with a desire for long-term commitment and sustainable career development are highly valued

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experienced in developing mobile applications
    • Experienced in developing business systems for the Japanese market
    • Able to read and understand technical English; Japanese skills (JLPT N4 or above)

  • Salary

    Salary range will be offer based on experience, skills, and achievements after the interview.

  • Bonus

    High bonus 2 times per year

  • Allowance

    Position allowance:

    • Leader: 1,315,000 VND/month
    • Sub PM: 3,945,000 VND/month
    • PM: 5,260,000 VND/month
    • Manager: 10,520,000 VND/month

    Petrol allowance: 1,000 VND/km

    Japanese language certificate allowance:

    • N4:263,000 VND/month
    • N3: 1,315,000 VND/month
    • N2: 2,630,000 VND/month
    • N1: 5,260,000 VND/month

     

    Commuting / Parking allowance

    If commuting by public transportation, all transportation costs will be covered by company.

    Parking fees will also be fully covered by company.

     

    Work from home allowance: 20,000 VND/day

    Overseas business trip allowance

    Overtime allowance: As stipulated by the labor law

  • Salary raise

    Once a year, in July

    ALLEXCEED VIETNAM Office

  • Working Institutions

    Working Days: Monday to Friday

    Working Hours: 8 hours/day

    Flexible working hours (mandatory working time: 10:00 – 15:30)

     

  • Probationary period

    There is a probationary period (2 months from the date of joining the company)
