ALLEXCEED VIETNAM's training philosophy
We at ALLEXCEED VIETNAM, with over 20 years of offshore development experience in Vietnam, firmly believe that “training outstanding engineers is the foundation for truly enhancing quality”.
We do not stop at simply improving technical skills—we also focus on comprehensive human resource development in order to build long-term partnerships with Japanese enterprises.

At ALLEXCEED VIETNAM, we provide a phased training program tailored to each engineer’s technical level and experience. Our comprehensive training is built on two pillars: mindset development and skill development, ensuring that everyone — from new employees to senior engineers — can acquire the essential competencies for their respective levels.
In our advanced skills training, even in technical areas where engineers may already have some experience, differences in learning environments and previous exposure can lead to varying levels of knowledge. To address this, we offer systematic review and relearning opportunities for all engineers, ensuring the entire team shares a unified technical foundation and consistent awareness of quality.
Additionally, we develop proprietary curricula for each subject and conduct training flexibly, taking into consideration each engineer’s actual workload, as well as the characteristics and progress of their assigned projects.
